Section: Playdough

Chocolate playdough is a lovely variation of playdough due to its delicious smell and the extended role play activities the 'chocolate' element provides.

Add different resources to the dough to further develop role play opportunities such as:

  • Baking Trays
  • Bowls and spoons
  • Birthday Candles
  • Cake cases
  • Sweet boxes

How does this help children develop?

This activity is a great way to engage children in imaginative play whilst developing their vocabulary and conversational skills. It also helps develop fine manipulative skills and provides a sensory experience due to its texture and smell.
